We're bummed if you're not 200% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Please contact Customer Care on our site, submitting a Return Request; indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at your local post office (or else as instructed).
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
- We'll issue the refund to your LUMIERE Credit if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your (used payment method) in advance. The credit balance can be used on your next purchase and will be deducted automatically on your next checkout. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must have their tags sealed and attached to them, where applicable.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without a proper Return Request.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-LUMIERE products.
Please contact our Customer Care if you wish to return any items to us. You will receive a response with full return details as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Note: Due to large quantities of shipments on Black Friday, there will be a one-week delay in the return process. Please be patient and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: The customer pays nothing for return costs. Returns Shipping Fees are handled by LUMIERE.
Note: The Original Shipping Fees and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
