SHIPPING & DELIVERY
LUMIERE B.V. ships from different warehouses in different countries. For orders with more than item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. We aim to deliver orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days from when orders have been placed. However, sometimes during busy sale seasons, deliveries may take a bit longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classified as working days. If you have not received your delivery in that period, please contact our Customer Care through email@example.com.
